It happened to me as well. In April, I received money from a friend as a gift and yet I got the same thing. All this did months later made me close up my paypal account.

In my old PayPal account, I got the exact same thing when clearly 1) I'm not a business and 2) some money I did receive under Family & Friends as a gift. All I can say is what the hell.
