I paid an annual subscription to Envato by accident and got a refund of $164.58. The activity showed it's complete, but I have not received anything. When will the refund reflect on my account and which account will it be? The main concern here is that when I accidentally paid Envato, an amount was deducted both to my Paypal account and linked bank account. I've sent a ticket to Paypal since last 22nd of September. Not one response in the Message Center still. Paypal says I cannot file a case in its 'type' of transaction.
