My friend bought something from me and paid through PayPal. My account which he sent it to is a new account. We both confirmed from our end that this was a service and that nothing was being shipped. Did some research and found out that I needed to confirm my debit card. Tried to verify it but got an error instead which couldn't verify the card. I need the funds to roll my business. How do I have the funds on hold released sooner?
