Guys, are SERanking.com allowed to practice dark patterns when people try to unsubscribe from their service? SERanking.com is Search Engine Optmization software but I've spent 40+ mins trying to unsubscribe. First they say you can't unsubscribe from their website, you have to go to their payment gateway. I've tried accessing the payment gateway with every email I have. I can't login to cancel with any of them. Then I come to PayPal, since I'm paying with PayPal. I've spent at least 20mins on PayPal trying to cancel the automatic/preapproved payment. Yes. I've searched the knowledge base and the Help feature. PAYPAL PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE SHADY TACTICS. And while you're at it, fix your own UX, pls.
