@kernowlass I tried to buy some clothes on the North Face website. I made order with a Paypal method payment and after filling shipping and billing adresses i click to buy. But order didnot accept by the North face because the credit card adress and shiping adress are different. After this my money from credit card which linking to my Paypal account was withdrew. I asked Northface to cancel my order and the did. But money didnot come to my card back. Transaction Status in the Paypal is @Pending and In progress.
