Hi! I didn't know where else to reach out, so I'm reaching out here.... I opened a PayPal Savings Account here on my PayPal app; back on Sept 11th for $2,500. It's now 5 days later, 9/16, & my money is still saying "pending." It said it would take 3 to 5 business days, but I guess you guys really meant it!
