I've had my PayPal Business account for a few years now. I got it as an extra payment option for my clients. Unfortunately, it was only a few days ago that I received a payment in PayPal. These last few years, my local clients have been paying me via GCash, Maya or direct to my bank account (Philippines). I then received notice form PayPal that they will hold my money for up to 21 days. The items I sold were picked up by my buyer's family here in the Phils but the payment was made by my friend in NY, USA. How do I prove this to PayPal so that they will release my money asap?
