The company is a fraud site which is operated from a home. It seems that many people were emailed an invoice for $714.13 on Nov. 1. Do not confuse this site ( Paragon Armory, LLC ) with Paragon Armory, which is a legitimate business. i already alerted my bank about this just in case an attempted withdrawal is made.
