Hi, I have purchased an ebook from cengage.uk using my paypal account on 7th September 2022. After my purchase I have received the email with the transaction ID & msg "Your funds will be transferred when the merchant processes your payment." But later (8th Sep 2022, 12: 10 AM UAE Time) my credit card was charged twice for the same amount by the paypal. I can understand that the card was charged twice for the same purchase.
