I appreciate this must be concerning. It sounds like the transaction has been cancelled and did not complete via PayPal and your bank is holding this payment as a pending authorisation.
As this is the case, your bank should release this authorisation after 3-5 business days. If they do not release this, you will need to reach out to them directly.
