Upon signing upto pay pal and venmo they do not ask for a photo i.d not does it say anywhere that you need a photo i.d to access your funds. I set everything up got an account with pay pal and venmo, and, my cards were on the way to my address, everything was fine, my mother sent me 55 dollars to PayPal account, and as soon as I went to make a purchase, I couldn't and it said my account was li.ited to only receiving Money and REFUNDING money,but when I tried to refund it gave me an error message and said I couldn't refund which I have screen shots of the error messages and everything. Then I called them and asked why my account was locked limited and I couldn't refund my mother back her Money they wouldn't five me any reason. I demanded an explanation to why it was and the agent I was speaking with got mad at me and ended the call as quickly as possible telling Mr he was going to have someone else call me back on the matter but never did. I haven't been able to access my funds for 2 months on both venmo and pay pal its theft ... Ver más
