Starting a few months ago, when we issue a refund through BigCommerce when the transaction payment source was PayPal, the refund fails. It's not every PayPal transaction, only occasionally. This is the what the end of timeline looks like for the order in BC (attached). Has anyone else had this issue? If so, any tips for a solution? We don't receive any notifications and we usually aren't made aware until a customer asks about their refund.
I have approached BigCommerce and they told me to contact PayPal.
