@PandeyKrishna Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. If paypal is not supported or available in your country then you can't use another countries paypal account. It would never work properly and would soon be permanently limited.
