I ordered 3 felted bunnies from Walmart.com. I got two separate emails saying I needed to send another$3.00 for shipping. Stupidly, I did for the first email. And just like that, 3 fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card. We contacted the cc company, they cancelled that card and are investigating the charges. (made in Arkansas-never been there, don't intend to go!) The bunnies arrived today and while yes, they are bunnies, they are not the handfelted ones pictured on Walmart.com. The fact is that PayPal Knows about those criminals. So by facilitating their scam, PayPal is aiding and abetting them. Perhaps it is time to put together all available Receipts, Disputes and Dispute resolution emails, and start a "Class Action", "Mass Tort Litigation" (however we want to call it) against PayPal for, a) not honoring their own "Payment protection Policy" and b) Aiding and supporting  those ghost vendors, with the clear knowledge, that the whole thing it's nothing but a scam. ...
