Hello. I was younger at the time I created my paypal account (15-16y/o). Never knew it wasn't legal until I'm 18. Now that I am an adult, I got limited on my account just after sending my ID. I got an email which says I can create a new account, but when I log in to paypal on the blocked account it says that I can't do it. So which one is it? I'm really confused and paypal is really important for me. Thanks!
