If you sent money via your PayPal account, you should see this outlined within the Activity section of your PayPal account. Also, you would have received an email from PayPal confirming this.
As you cannot see this on your Activity and you have not received an email confirmation, I would advise reaching out to your bank for clarification on this transaction.
