I am having the same problem are you I tried to pay for an item on ebay and I get a quick security check when trying to pay by paypal I can not add a phone number to the page. I tried several number and the page says all the phone numbers are not supported. I added a phone number to my paypal page when I logged into paypal and that did not work also. When I try to add a BANK to withdraw my funds to a bank account I get the quick security check when I try to send money to another paypal account I get an error This company is baloney with all their security that doesn't work. I am going to file a small claim against paypal.
