Experienced this exact same problem today.  Got caught in the twostep authentication loop using both Brave and Chrome browser. Tried Safari and this worked, it only asked for two-step authentication at log-in. Not for the transfer to my bank account. So... Bingo...!       ... View more

@PayPal_JonK  I Spend half a day yesterday in the support chat. They have no idea about that issue unfortunately, also when its already some days old. Something with the internal communication is not ok, or PP is not even aware of it that there is a technical issue.
