I'm using the nodejs payouts sdk, and in the paypal sandbox I've created a US-based merchant who uses USD, and have created a few accounts, some USD some EUR. Every payout from the USD merchant to EUR users fails, while every payment to USD users passes. EUR users have the "accept currencies and convert to eur" checked in their settings. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
