Your IP has blacklisted your PayPal: The error is related to your web server configuration. Your internet service provider is the culprit, specifically your IP address. It could be because your IP has blacklisted PayPal. You don’t have permission to access PayPal: The server configuration of PayPal nowadays has changed a lot. You may face the situation where they have set up specific access permissions to their system, and you haven’t been granted access to the resource. Your payment will show as pending until the echeck clears that bank. It usually takes up to 7 business days for an eCheck to clear (but in some cases, it may take longer) and the money to appear in the recipient's PayPal account.   Regards, J Wick ... View more

When creating a PayPal account, you enter an email address. This email address is your PayPal ID. It will be used for different purposes: to confirm your account, receive mailings and restore access. Click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner to open PayPal's settings. Once you're in PayPal's settings, switch to the “Security” tab, then click on “Auto-logins” to review where your account can automatically sign in.
