Hi, I have made one transaction yesterday but accidently press the go back button when placing the order. so the order did not successfully got placed but the money was already got taken or have already been given an authorisation to be taken. But since the order does not got placed and I did not get the things I ordered, I want my money back instead of being pending in the system forever. Please help me to process the cancellation of the transaction, as I cannot find a cancel button for the transaction and it does not let me to report it as a problem.
