I called Paypal customer service to get receipt details for a Walmart purchase that I made through Paypal since the product is not working and need to initiate warranty process, and the customer service was horrible, she asked me to look for receipt in my email from when I made the purchase and hung up on me. Everyone, please be careful using Paypal for purchases, looks like they don't provide good customer service like the credit card companies and you will run into issues if you need transaction details for warranty. Transaction details on Paypal doesn't even show what the item is, or any details that would be of help, instead it shows some kind of weird code.
