Hello, does my PayPal Credit Balance include my loans in instalments; I mean what the /myaccount/ppcredit page calls "Promotional offers" but from my point of view are essentially loans for the purchase usually of some item on eBay, eg I bought a table, I'm paying in 24 instalments, there's a "Remaining balance" listed for that particular purchase. I have four of these. Are they included in the "Current balance"? Looks likely that it doesn't but I need to be sure. I expect if it doesn't it doesn't include the interest - after all, I can repay them early and not have to pay the remaining interest? Sorry if the label is wrong, none of the labels I get to choose from seem to apply. Thank you.
