So I made an order on the Everlane site on June 23 using PayPal, and my bank account showed that I was charged four times (with different amounts of money). I canceled the order and received only one refund right after the cancellation (my merchant saw only one transaction and refunded it right after I canceled my order). I already contacted PayPal support about this in June and was told to wait 5-30 days for other payments to come back. Almost a month has passed, and I still don’t see any refunds for those charges. Support is not answering.
