I just got an e-mail saying that my account has been permanently limited out of the blue. I don't understand why this happened since I barely use my PayPal account, and now all of a sudden it has been limited and I can't use it anymore. What can I do to get the limitations lifted? - I have already contacted support, is there anything else I can do? Mark.
