Zettle Card Reader iOS to Android

I have a new Zettle Card Reader 2. I paired it to an iOS tablet and used it without any issues. I now want to switch it over to an Android tablet, but the Zettle app can not see the reader. I can see the reader in the Bluetooth connection area and I can pair to it, but the Zettle app is not showing it at all. I take it back to iOS devices like the tablet or my iPhone, and I can connect to the Zettle app without a hitch. I will unpair it from the iOS devices and try again on a couple of Android tablets running Android 11 (latest update) and the Zettle app can not see it.    Do I need to reset or restore factory defaults some how, before moving the card reader from one platform to another? Should I be doing an additional step to get the Android tablets to connect to the card reader?    I need to switch between the two because we use the Android tablet in the shop and the iOS tablet when at craft fair events (cell connection).    Thank you for your help on this matter. ...
