I just had an issue with paying off my credit on the 1st. I have auto pay set up for the 1st of every month but for some reason my payment never went through on the 1st of October. I was informed when of my late payment when I went to Paypal Credit on October 1st just to see if it went through that day. I found that Paypal Credit said that my payment was late, so  I proceeded to manually pay my minimum payment for the month and I was informed by the app that the payment will be processed today, the 2nd of October. Well I checked today at around 1pm and I see that my Paypal Credit still says that I am late on my October 1st payment. I called up Paypal and I was told that my October 2nd payment did go through and that it just "takes 24-48 hours to reflect on my account". I asked about my auto-pay not functioning and I was told that I should "just disable and re-enable it" lol. No further explanation or problem solving. I am afraid that I am going to have to be VERY careful with how I pay and I will be taking screen shots of every payment I make manually. I suggest you do the same to avoid being charged twice or charged a late fee. ... View more

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but It doesn't seem that these issues are being addressed. I recently missed my monthly payment on the 1st of October due to the auto-pay not working. I submitted my payment last night and Paypal said the payment would be submitted today. After work today I checked and my account still said I missed my payment yesterday. I called customer support and was told that the payment did indeed post for today the 2nd and I shouldn't worry about any late fees whatsoever. I was told it takes 24-48 to show up on my account. I will be pretty upset if I see multiple transactions of payments or a late fee as a result of a missed payment because of this. In my opinion, the communication towards customers regarding these issues is not very good at all. ... View more

Paypal Credit Auto-Pay not working, missed payment...

Hello, so several months ago I opened up a credit line with eBay/Paypal to pay off an expensive item purchased through eBay. The credit line was for over $3k at 5.99% APR for $144 every month for 24 months. September's payment went through just fine with auto-pay set up but for some reason I missed this month's payment (the first of every month) as auto-pay never really did anything. Not only that but I wasn't even informed by Paypal that a payment was required today. Not via email or text or anything. Nothing. No notifications. I set it up for a payment to be made today, the 2nd and I just checked and Paypal say's that it is STILL scheduled a payment for today, meaning that it STILL hasn't submitted my payment for the 2nd lol. What is going on? If it's an issue with my bank why not inform me that Paypal has an issue submitting a payment using my payment option? It literally just says NOTHING, just that I missed my payment on the 1st at the home screen for Paypal Credit. Any help on this matter is really appreciated, thank you... ... View more

Question about "Amount to avoid Standard and Defer...

Hello, I recently made a over $3k purchase on eBay using Paypal Credit's 24 Easy Payment Plan with 5.99% APR. My current "Minimum Payment Due" is 0.00 but my "Amount to avoid Standard and Deferred Interest" currently is $61.92. Does this mean that I should pay $61.92 now, regardless if I have no minimum payment due if I want to avoid deferred interest? Also, I was wondering, if I pay the "Amount to avoid Standard and Deferred Interest" every month, will my "Amount to avoid Standard and Deferred Interest" stay the same or natural go higher with each payment? I appreciate any and all answers, thanks! ... View more
