I just opened my first business account yesterday, haven't even had a chance to add any card or account details yet but it's already been permanently limited? The only response I've had from PayPal is to say that they don't have to give a reason and won't be undoing it. I could understand if something odd had happened on the account but it's literally brand new, I only have one other account and that is a personal one.
