Hello! I've been using my account and at some point, I noticed I wasn't able to withdraw my money anymore. When I checked, it said there were some limitations and I was to provide proof of my ID and proof of address. Compliantly, I provided a picture of my ID in which my address was also stated. It wasn't accepted as proof of address and after countless times of trying to reach customer support by phone call, I was told that I need to provide an invoice/bill with showing my info and my address. That, I cannot provide beucause the phone/electricity bills etc are all paid with my mom's card. What am I to do now? Looking forward to any reply.
