The first 2 links mention the exact same steps - to have a verified email and to complete the KYC verification, which I have done and Paypal acknowledged the same in an email. The 3rd link says Paypal will stop domestic payments, which i'm aware of, but this company is not domestic. The company that sent me money is British. And that covers the international aspect of payment. Why then is my payment being withheld? Or do I need to wait 21 days before I get it?
