Magazine orders take 6-8 weeks for delivery. This isn't unusual. The problem surfaces when no magazine is received, yet it is too late to file a complaint with PayPal's Resolution Department since it has a 45-day window for filing. If you've used an online store for ordering magazines in the past with no problems, you'd think it would be fine to use them again. Obviously, NOW that is not the case with Delta Magazine Group. I reordered a magazine in March, paid via PayPal, and was scammed by Delta this time. It's not enough to complain to PayPal. If you ecounter the same situation, go to Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx Have to admit, I've been shopping online for quite a while, but this is the first time I know I was rooked.
