First of all, I would really appreciate if anyone could help me to solve this problem.
Okay, my account is limited due to "report of unauthorized activity with the card linked to your PayPal account". It asks me for either to: Confirm a car OR provide credit card statement. The credit card is my father's credit card and he already terminated the card and cut/destroyed the physical card. I don't have the latest card statement either.
The "unauthorized activity" I believe is just me repeating purchasing an item because it's been asking me to confirm with the issuer, which leads me to keep trying everyday. Until this limitation happens. Right now, I don't have any way to remove the limitation or even close my account. If there's anyway to pay back the money or any "fraud" that they described, I'm willing to do so with the money from my bank account.
Right now, I can't use PayPal to get paid from my clients. It's a huge problem for me. Please help if anyone kind to assist me on this. I'm am really really thankful.
