I've set up my company's PayPal account to accept donations and enrolled in the Giving Fund and donations have been coming in fine. Since enabling Gift Aid a colleague and I have made £1 donations each with Gift Aid selected and following all requested instructions for this but there is no record of the Gift Aid being applied to the donation. I've checked the Gift Aid PayPal app but it has no entries. Is there something I've missed setting this up that would allow Gift Aid amounts to be added to donations?
