Paypal dismissed my case in a few minutes when it should take up to 10 days for a proper review. I can see no Appeal button, and I have tried to contact Customer Support without success. I did not authorised a transaction on my account and provided proof, but I doubt this was looked into as the case was dismissed after a few minutes. This is a shame. Please can somebody help?
