Hi, At my work, we are trying to set up recurring payments for our business customer (with their business PayPal account), however not getting anywhere close. Our developers need a PayPal billing agreement ID in the notify request which has to be created using the Reference Transactions API . The Reference Transactions API according to this guide is available only for Website Payments Pro https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/advanced/customize/reference-transactions/ We cannot enable Website Payments Pro per this guide, as PayPal is not accepting new users for this feature https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/payflow/website-payments-pro/ So is there any chance and way for the recurring payments to be enabled on PayPal for business accounts? And if yes, could someone please in very detailed step by step explain how to enable it? Many Thanks, JL
