I’ve had a personal account, and have been using it for the last 6 months. I don’t sell anything at all. It’s all donations from my YouTube channel. Yet still, anytime someone pays the fee to send money, the money is held for 21 days. I’ve called a couple of times and they say my account is too new. My account is well past the 90 days, and is fully verified. Any ideas why they still hold donations for weeks? I’m ready to give up and find another company.
