I need help. I sent my mother money last month. Paypal wanted to verify her account using her registered number, which we told paypal we no longer have access to as she relocated from South Africa to the UK. We emailed, called, chatted, no one helped us. no one at all. I need this money back and they keep telling her to log in when she literally cant cause they want to verify her account using a number she no longer has access to. At this point I'm done with paypal, I just need my money back, please can someone assist
