I told PayPal what happened to me.  Same thing that happened to you.  I told them they got it wrong and all of the details on my deal.  They overturned the decision and found for me and are giving me a refund.  They are going to investigate this Samantha [removed] who scammed me.  Contact them. ... Bob, I got scammed by a **bleep** called Samantha [removed].  PayPal found for her.  I made calls to PayPal and told them I was scammed and didn't get a thing from this woman.  She messed up my address and gave another address and I got **bleep**.  Long story short.  I made calls to PayPal and told them I was cheated and I wasn't going to stand for it.  The money was secondary and being cheated by this person and by PayPal when they sided with this crook.  I told them I was cheated out of money and PayPal was going to lose my business and the balance on my PayPal card.   It wasn't right for me to do this and this goes against everything I stand for but I have been cheated before and I am not going to be a victim anymore. They were very nice to me even after I had my say and they heard my story.  PayPal is genuine and they don't want to side with these **bleep**.  If you lost a case to a **bleep**, call PayPal and let them know that they got it wrong and I think they will make it right just as they did with me.  I would have paid my card off.  I have never cheated on anybody in my life and I don't want to start now.  They are good folks and they said they were going to take action against this scammer.  God bless them. ... Oh yeah, it's really helpful to open a dispute with Pay Pal.  I did just that and they sided with this lousy crook.  I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.  I WAS SCAMMED AND PAYPAL SIDED WITH THIS CROOK.  She gave them a false tracking number and they closed the case and I am out nearly a hundred dollars.  I contacted her 3 times and she would'nt answer me but she gave PayPal false information and they sided with her!  The post office said a different address was given instead of mine and it was for Three and one half pounds, not the 40 pounds it was supposed to me.  They said they see this often and I was most likely scammed.  I was and PayPall sided with the lying crook.  I am disgusted with this Samantha [removed] crook and pay pal both. ... I spent $98.98 to Samantha [removed] for 4n order of king crab.  I didn't receive it and I contacted the Duncan Post Office.  They told me after I gave them the tracking number that the address given wasn't my address.  It was FAKE and the post office guy told me I had most likely just been scammed.  I contacted PayPal and they fold me to contact her.  I had no way to do so until they gave me the way to do it.  I tried 3 times to contact her and she wojldn't answer me.  I checked back tonight and she gave the pay pal people a tracking number and whatever else and they informed me that she sent me the crab.  I guess they are calling me a liar.  I didn't receive what I paid for.  Also, the post office told me the package they were to recieve was listed at 3 1/2 pounds when it should have been 40 lbs.  PayPal sided with this scammer.  She told them a lie and they sided with her.  PayPal is no better than she is.   ...
