Hello Active Paypal Community. I am a new user here and i have facing this problem for which i am seeking your help. Actually i created this account like 3 years back in a hope of offering online freelance service to international customers. While it didn't happen back then, i dodn't use this account even for a single transaction. Now in 2022 when i am planning to use my account again, it says that the account has some limits and i must remove them. I do understand that the account was inactive and i must lift the limits. Here is the problem *** when i go to lift limits, it takes me to a page where i have to punch in my account IFSC and account number. when i do that, it accepts the details with a message that we have accepted and a green tick. Now, it takes me no where after that. The LIMIT STILL REMAINS. Every time i do this, this is where it ends all the time. When i am trying resolution center, it is not letting me create a case. I am so stuck. Please help me people. My sincere thanks to all everyone sharing inputs.
