I am looking for some clarification on transactions I don't understand. I made a purchase for -$84 USD, but it turned out to be the wrong service. So it was refunded and shows up as +$84 USD. However immediately after there is a charge called "Failed transfer from Bank Account" -$99.75 CAD. Did my refund fail?
