Hi, thanks for answering.   I know the is how it works normally, already have had that case. But this time, when i look at the payment resume i made to my friend, i have been debited 2 times the amount from bank account, and he received it only once. only once As you can see, the first picture as 2 "From" Transaction from my bank account, i got hundreds of transaction and no other one got that (The other picture is for you to see the difference.) ... I did use paypal to send money to a friend. My bank account is linked so he received it. Fund were insufficient on my account, so my paypal wallet became negative. (Had to pay a bank fee for uncessful operation). I had to use paypal again, so i topped it up from the website after adding funds to my bank account. Then, money from that unsuccessful transaction was taken with an automatic even though i topped up my paypal already to cover that same payment. That money is missing on both paypal and my bank account, and that have been a week now. I find no way to contact paypal online and their helping bot just bugs out when i say i need further support. ... View more
