Balanced out negative balance, but paypal still ch...

Paypal charged me 189,99.  Which gave me a negative balance of -189,99. So i balanced it, by adding money into my paypal. Afterwards paypal again charged me -189,99 from my bank account. I've read numerous posts online, but how do i actually receive my money back ? ... View more
