Hello, I just received a payment for digital goods but it was asking for shipment. I guess the buyer messed up or its a normal thing on Paypal, but I marked the goods as delivered per his instructions. However, the weird thing is that the payment went straight to "hold" after I received the funds. It says funds will be released in 21 days. Any way I can speed up the process? Or is it a new account issue? Please help.
