@Yingarra Paypal gives 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection. They will find in your favour if the item is 'significantly' other than as described as per their buyer protection policy. You ordered and received a wig, paypal do not get involved in quality issues, that would be between you and the merchant you chose to purchase from.
