@Dancer2023 Did you open a paypal dispute? Which dispute type did you open? Did you put in what happened? Did you allow time for the seller to respond? Did you escalate to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute? Did the seller provide tracking? Did tracking show delivery of the item to you?
