At the start of the month I had sent a payment but there wasn't enough in my bank account to cover it so the bank returned the payment so it was covered by "my PayPal balance" which gave me a negative amount showing. However today the same amount was taken from my bank account BUT i can't see why it was taken as the "PayPal balance" is still negative?
