Stores that don't accepts: Nunnbush.com Sears.com Stores that do accept: TheShoeMart.com What I found out from speaking on the phone with the marketing department is: There are two methods of payment: 1) Express, where you log in, confirm your payment method, and then, when you click "Continue", you get re-directed back to the merchant's website. 2) Not sure what the other method is called, but "Continue" takes you to a page on the paypal site where you confirm your order. This is the page that has a "Enter gift certificate or coupon" option, and you can't get here with Express checkout. Anyway, after trying to order shoes at Nunnbush.com and spending an hour on the phone with Paypal, I finally decided to look around online for other sites that sell Nunn Bush shoes. Sears has the best prices but uses Express Checkout, so I settled on TheShoeMart.com. At some point while I was on the phone with Paypal, they transferred me to GE, who told me that they only issue the Paypal Plus card but have nothing to do with the rewards program. If Paypal suggests tranferring you to GE, don't bother--it's a waste of your time. (GE was a lot more polite than Paypal on the phone, they just couldn't do anything to help and were confused about why Paypal would transer me to them.)
