Hello @Joanie71 Thank you for your post. I can understand that you are referring to the refund. Usually, once the payment gets canceled or refunded, the payment will get reversed to our customer's bank account within 3-5 business days, or if the mode of payment is card the refund timeframe is typically around 5 business days but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company.
