I paid for an order in online store, but my payment went into the "Pending" state. I contacted the seller and they told me that transaction was rejected by PayPal and they will not be able to complete this order ever. They communicated this to PayPal as well. I contacted customer support and I've been told that transaction is under review for 72 hours, however after more than 72 hours transaction remains "Pending" and customer support keeps silence. How do I get my money back?
