Thank you so much for this information. I tried contacting "Customer Support" about the exact same thing on 22 April. After the third attempt and an unbillable hour later, I asked that the matter be escalated to a supervisor and they still didn't send me the answer by 27 April. I had expected their message to be in the Message Centre, or some sort of marker as to where else to look. It seems to me that the problem with a lot of these big companies, such as Google, Facebook and Microsoft, that the art of Customer Service is dead, they simply do not want clients to communicate with them and, when they do, they don't know how to answer simple questions about their own websites. Certainly not user-friendly.
